Instructions 

  • Take a pan and add 1 tsp of oil
  • Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger paste
  • Sprinkle little turmeric powder
  • Fry it for a while and add chopped pieces and chickpeas
  • Finally add masoor dal and salt accordingly.
  • Boil until dal is cooked.

  • Cashew
  • Almond

Instructions 

  • Take a pan and add ghee
  • Add cashew, almond, walnut and fry until it gives aromatic smell
  • Transfer them to chopping pad and chop the ingredients 
  • Now add all the seeds and fry them too.
  • Transfer them and fry dates a little
  • Then mash the dates and add the chopped nuts and seeds
  • Mix all the ingredients together and make Laddoos.
  • Store them in a jar

  • Pepper
  • Honey

Instructions 

  • Cut gooseberries into small pieces 
  • Add honey according to taken berries
  • Finally add powdered pepper.
  • Soak it overnight and serve
  • Three times a day gives better results
